Getting StartedDo I need a referral to see you? No referral is needed — you can contact us directly. What areas do you serve? We provide 100% tele-psychiatry services to patients throughout Oklahoma, including Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Owasso, Jenks, Bixby, Norman, Edmond, and Oklahoma City. Because our services are entirely virtual, you can connect with your psychiatrist from the comfort of your home. What conditions do you treat? A variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, sleep problems, and substance use disorders. What ages do you treat? 18-64. Can you be my primary psychiatrist if I already have a therapist? Yes! We often work alongside therapists to provide comprehensive care.

Insurance, Payment Methods & PoliciesDo you accept insurance? We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma. For out-of-network we can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement. Or receipts to submit for Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) reimbursement. We Do Not accept Medicare, Medicaid (SoonerCare), and Tricare What is your cancellation policy? We don’t require a deposit or charge a no-show fee. However, if appointments are frequently missed or you don’t show without notice, we may decline to reschedule future visits. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We require a valid credit card to be kept securely on file to schedule appointments. We do not accept cash, checks, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, or PayPal. Payment is collected at the time of service. Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act) If you’re uninsured or self-pay, you have the right to a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before care.

Prescriptions & RefillsHow do I request a medication refill? The Spruce app is your mainstay of communication. Request a refill through the pharmacy or send us a secure message. Please request at least 3 business days before you run out. Do you send prescriptions to any pharmacy? Yes, we can send your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice. Can you prescribe medications after my first visit? In most cases, yes. After your evaluation, we’ll discuss treatment options and prescriptions as appropriate. What if I lose my medication or need an early refill? We review these situations individually.

EmergenciesWhat if I’m in crisis? If you’re having thoughts of harming yourself or others, please call or text 988, go to your nearest emergency room, or call 911. We do not provide emergency services. Secure messages sent after hours will be reviewed the next business day. What’s the difference between urgent and emergency situations? Urgent issues are important but not life-threatening (e.g., medication side effects, running low on medication). Emergencies involve immediate danger to yourself or others — call 988 or 911 right away.
